Connector Host Upgrade Required!  This release includes features that require upgrade of your Druid Connector Host to the latest version:
  • Annotation Tool

What's New

  • Technology Stack Upgrade. Druid's state-of-art technology has been upgraded to the latest libraries and technology. The upgrade comes with two benefits:
    • Huge performance improvements, Druid is now 5 times faster.

    • Clean and consistent style (Oxygen skin).

  • Annotation Tool
  • Important!  This feature is available for Druid Connectors v1.45 or above. If you have a hybrid or on premise Druid deployment, install Druid Connector Host version 1.45 or above.

The Annotation tool enables bot authors to use existing chatbot experience to train it. They can use actual “real-life” bot conversation as data source for improving the bot’s NLU model, in a new single user-friendly interface.

For information about using the tool, see Annotation Tool.

  • Retail Solution Templates. New solution templates for the Retail industry are now available in the Solutions Library. These templates streamline your visitors and customers shopping experience from finding the desired product to ordering and submitting service requests.
  • For more information about the retail solution templates, see Retail.

Improvements

  • On flow steps of type UiPath, the bot authors can now set the request and response entities directly on the task, enabling them to make all integration related configurations in a single place only.

Bug fixes

  • The "Agent Disconnected" flow was not triggered when transferring a live chat client to another agent. Now, the agent will be disconnected after the client is successfully placed in a new waiting queue.
  • Portal footer overlaps with multichat agent page.
